The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Principal Water Network Modeller to join our industry‑leading team, leading critical projects and helping to shape the future of our water sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical delivery of large‑scale water network projects.
- Applying advanced modelling to inform crucial infrastructure and investment decisions.
- Developing and refining our methodologies to ensure we deliver exceptional results.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their career growth and technical skills.
You will also lead exciting projects that provide clean, safe water to communities, tackling key challenges including:
- Network optimisation and live modelling.
- Leakage and pressure management.
- Network rehabilitation and smart network operations.
About You
Degree educated with experience in water network modelling, ideally using software such as InfoWorks WS, InfoWater, SynerGi and ArcGIS. Chartership to a relevant body is preferred.
Capability to lead impact assessments, growth studies & optimisation projects, along with advanced data analytics skills for water balance and network data.
Experience of leading & developing more junior staff would also be beneficial, with opportunities to take on leadership roles within the business available.
