In this role, you’ll partner with cutting-edge biotech and pharmaceutical organisations, helping them secure the specialist talent needed to develop and deliver new medicines.
No recruitment experience is required.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals across the Life Sciences industry
- Work closely with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
- Develop strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skillsWork towards performance targets with clear financial incentives
