Job Description:

We’re supporting a growing consumer-facing business as they continue to invest in their digital performance and data capability.

They’re looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to take responsibility for how user behaviour is tracked, measured and improved across their online platforms.

This is a hands‑on position focused on ensuring marketing and product teams have reliable, accurate data to support commercial decisions. The company are going through some amazing growth currently, so you will be able to work on fantastic campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and enhancing website tracking to ensure clean and consistent performance data
  • Supporting the implementation of analytics tools across digital platforms
  • Working with developers and marketers to ensure new features and campaigns are measurable
  • Troubleshooting tracking issues and maintaining data accuracy
  • Supporting reporting requirements for marketing and ecommerce performance
  • Ensuring tracking practices align with privacy and consent requirements

Experience

  • Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of how digital campaigns and ecommerce journeys are measured
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
