Key Responsibilities

• Cost Planning: Assist in budgeting for prestigious, high-spec residential developments.
• Procurement: Source and manage specialist artisans and luxury sub-contractors.
• Valuations: Conduct site visits across the South Coast to track progress and validate payments.
• Variations: Manage and price project changes—a vital skill in the bespoke build sector.
• Reporting: Support monthly CVRs to ensure project profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and professional communication skills.

• Location: Commutable to Portsmouth/Hampshire.
