The Role

We are seeking a Design & Product Development Intern to support product development, design, and production across the Pixi brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and interest in contributing to a fast‑paced beauty team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist PD & Design teams with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Prioritize workload efficiently to ensure on time delivery of tasks.
  • Organize, log, and maintain samples within the production room.
  • Maintain and manage PD/Design sampling stock with consistent organization.
  • Support basic design asset needs under guidance from the Art Director.
  • Aid in packaging artwork reviews and mock‑ups.
  • Proofread and review artwork to ensure alignment with internal standards.
  • Maintain product and reference libraries.
  • Support launch readiness milestones, sample coordination, and cross‑team needs.
  • Communicate priorities and provide feedback on deliverables.

Position Requirements

  • Majoring/soon‑to‑be graduate in Beauty Marketing or Design
  • Strong interest in cosmetics, makeup and beauty
  • Basic understanding of beauty product categories, textures and consumer trends
  • Must have a can‑do attitude and be a creative problem solver
  • Passion for aesthetics, color, and sensory product experience
  • Must be highly organized, detail‑oriented and can juggle changing priorities within a fast‑growing brand
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast pace working environment and enjoy collaborating with different individuals who have various working styles
  • Strong work ethic and follow‑up skills
  • Must work well with others in a team environment, as well as have the initiative to work independently
  • Comfort receiving structured feedback
  • Ability to document visually (PPTs, PDFs, marketing and brand assets)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (at least Illustrator + InDesign or similar) — huge plus for packaging/lineups
  • Can commute into Central London 5 days a week (9am‑6pm)
