Here at Bravo Benefits we’re looking for a full time knowledgable, motivated and client centric Junior Consultant with a background in client-facing group risk and private medical schemes. This exciting new role will sit under the newly formed Group Risk and PMI department reporting into the Head of Group Risk and PMI. Led by the Head of, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a small client portfolio, supporting consultants with quoting and reporting requirements as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities to the wider Bravo Benefits solution range. You will contribute to the overall growth of Bravo Benefits and come with fresh ideas and enthusiasm to push this key and expanding business stream for Bravo Benefits. Role Focus
- To successfully manage and grow the Group Risk and PMI portfolio of clients.
- To look for new opportunities within Group Risk and PMI and to identify cross sell opportunities for the wider Bravo Benefits solution range.
- Guide clients effectively through strong technical knowledge, accurate administration of schemes and excellent customer-facing skills.
- To work towards achieving individual, team and business targets to maximise the overall growth for Bravo Benefits.
Role Responsibilities
Operational
- Prioritise supporting all group risk and PMI clients within the designated portfolio, actively supporting all clients with their needs and requirements. Take necessary actions to resolve any queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Support with quotes and reporting requirements for the wider consulting team to ensure clients receive a high-quality service at all times.
- Monitoring a central administration mailbox (along with colleagues) to ensure day-to-day tasks are processed accurately and in line with agreed turnaround times.
- Work both independently and collaboratively alongside the Head of Group Risk and PMI as well as the wider consulting team to ensure the client requirements are met.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’S to support the overall growth of Bravo Benefits. Continuously seek opportunities for cross sales and referrals.
- Positively promote the Bravo Benefits brand and overall employee benefits proposition with all clients, introducers and suppliers.
- Bring creativity and new ideas to support the continued growth of the Group Risk and PMI portfolio within Bravo Benefits and help shape the future ways we transact business and support clients.
- Support all other departments within Bravo Benefits where required and build successful internal relationships. Maintain close working relationships with all internal teams to ensure administrative matters are dealt with as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
- Be technically competent and up to date with all Bravo Benefits solutions, and where appropriate collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the client receives the best possible outcome. Training on our wider benefits solutions will be provided as appropriate.
- Develop/Maintain good understanding of all internal/external processes and procedures that impact role directly or indirectly.
- Maintain a high standard of all client and supplier records and comply with all compliance / regulatory aspects.
- Ensure all Bravo Benefits systems (CRM and/or administrative) are maintained, kept up to date, and portray an accurate depiction of the business position and client situation.
- Attend internal and external meetings, conferences and events when required virtually and in person on site. Travel can vary with this role, but primarily this is a home-based role.
- Ensure the continued protection of information and data by following all applicable Information Security policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other work‑related duty/request under direction of the Head of Group Risk and PMI. From time to time you may be required to support other business areas where appropriate.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years account management with group risk and PMI
- IF7 and GR1 accreditation preferred but not essential
- Proven track record working with sales targets and achieving KPI’s
- Proven track record in managing a B2B client‑led portfolio
- A good understanding, and technical knowledge, of the group risk and PMI market
- Experience of using leading group risk and PMI provider portals and administration processes
- Knowledge of the wider employee benefits landscape desirable but not essential
- A great communicator, self‑starter, flexible, driven, outgoing and personable
- Organised and able to prioritise workloads and manage a busy diary
- Hold a UK driving licence
