The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle — from attraction and sourcing through to offer — working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team. Talent Acquisition at Konsileo is a team effort, and you’ll be joining an established and innovative TA function that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes.

In our self‑managed environment, recruitment works differently. You won’t be chasing approvals or navigating ego‑driven bottlenecks. Instead, you’ll operate as a trusted partner, empowered to design, run, and continuously improve how we hire together with the TA Team.

Your focus will be to:

  • Attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent into the business
  • Collaborate with the TA team to deliver high‑quality hiring at paceContinuously refine and improve our recruitment approach using insight and data

About You

You’re a high‑calibre recruiter who balances commercial drive with genuine care for candidate experience.

You bring:

  • Graduate‑level capability with 5+ years’ recruitment experience
  • Agency experience that built pace, resilience, and commercial instinct
  • Ideally, in‑house experience that strengthened empathy, judgement, and strategic thinking
  • Intellectual curiosity about what great recruitment looks like — and how to make it better
