As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead international recruitment efforts for pre-university and diploma programmes, focusing on building partnerships and expanding new markets. Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow international student recruitment.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve enrolment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, schools, and education partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and manage promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with academic and admissions departments to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance.

  • 维护与教育代理、学校及合作伙伴的良好关系。

Requirements / 任职要求

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in education sales or international marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (ability to communicate in another language is an advantage for liaising with international partners).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.
  • Passionate about education and willing to grow with the organisation.
