Our client, a well-established, family‑run car finance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Office Based Sales Executive to join their growing Manchester team.

Working Hours: 5‑day week with Saturday rota
Salary: £25,000 basic salary | £40,000–£60,000 OTE
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a mix of inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Selling car finance solutions to retail customers
- Closing deals both over the phone and face to face
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Accurately updating CRM systems and ensuring compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales or car finance (essential)
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Confident communication skills, both phone‑based and face to face
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
