We are seeking an experienced Director of Student Recruitment to lead and drive student enrolment for our Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
Oversee admissions operations and recruitment performance
Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment channels
Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and outreach activities
Ensure full compliance with SSG, EduTrust, and PDPA requirements
Lead and develop the student recruitment and admissions team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in student recruitment or education marketing, with leadership exposure
Strong knowledge of the Singapore PEI landscape, including SSG / EduTrust
Proven track record in achieving enrolment targets
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
