Corporate Administrator – City of Wolverhampton Council
£25,185 – £25,989 (Grade 3)
Full Time (Office based) – 37 hours
Do you have relevant Corporate Administration experience and are looking to develop in the pension industry? We are hiring for one of the largest pension funds – the West Midlands Pension Fund (WMPF) – to join our Governance Service team.
About WMPF
WMPF is one of the UK’s largest pension funds, providing local authority pension benefits for employees across the West Midlands. We administer over £20 billion in assets for more than 330,000 scheme members and 800+ employers.
Responsibilities
- Opening, scanning and indexation of incoming documents (post or electronic)
- Screens daily correspondence for the fund
- Assists in opening and distributing daily incoming post and prepares outgoing post
- Reviews member records to ensure accurate recording, quotation and payment of individual member benefits
About You
You will be highly organised, flexible and have experience in a clerical administration role. Planners and self‑directed team‑players are preferred.
