Technical Asset Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on Asset Manager to join a growing technical team managing cutting‑edge solar and battery storage projects across the UK.

In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise, operational oversight, and client‑facing skills to ensure assets run efficiently, safely, and profitably. You’ll also play a key part in shaping processes that drive performance improvements and support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage energy storage and solar assets day‑to‑day
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to asset‑related requests
• Monitor plant performance, analyze SCADA data, and investigate issues
• Perform operational control duties, including on‑call weekend support if required
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and perform site inspections
• Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and contractual documentation
• Drive technical improvements and propose innovative solutions
• Support finance with budgets, cost tracking, and general project administration

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical understanding of energy storage or solar assets
• Experience in asset management or operational control of renewable energy projects
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
