Senior Product Manager at – driving the delivery of key pillars of our enterprise‑grade AI product roadmap. Turn strategic business goals and customer needs into a clear, prioritised plan.

Working Pattern

Hybrid; 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear vision for your product pillars, crafting a near‑term roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Gather requirements and craft detailed specifications for complex product features, working with stakeholders and technical teams to understand feasibility and effort.
  • Understand technical and design trade‑offs, and collaborate with your team to find creative solutions that balance speed and quality.
  • Foster a close relationship with users, leveraging feedback to prioritize roadmap decisions while balancing company goals.
  • Formulate business questions and track data to inform decisions; connect project outcomes to key metrics.
  • Build buy‑in and support from senior managers and customers; manage expectations and exceed expectations.
  • Actively mentor junior PMs, helping them deliver on project goals.
  • Champion product‑led decision‑making within Sprout, embedding a product‑led culture.

Must Haves

  • Enterprise SaaS Product Management experience building complex software for enterprise organisations.
  • Startup experience, proving ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proven experience leading backend‑heavy product work with engineers and data scientists.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large‑scale, technically sophisticated products from concept to launch.
  • Skilled in using data to inform product decisions, comfortable with metrics and experimentation.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
