Responsibilities
- Lead and train our Sales Assistants on the sales floor in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and the Optician.
- Fit frames.
- Polish and cut lenses.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- Use and transfer your retail experience.
- Give customers tailored style advice.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Management- and retail experience, people- and leadership skills, and the ability to convert analysis into actions.
- Willingness to learn; previous optic experience is not required.
