Overview
We are seeking a Test Manager with a strong background in cyber security and infrastructure programmes. The role will be focused on creating and executing structured test strategies, ensuring quality across cyber tooling implementations, and providing clear communication to senior stakeholders and programme managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands-on cyber security testing experience, combined with strong communication skills, to work in a critical and fast-moving programme. Candidates with slightly less senior Test Management experience will also be considered, provided they bring proven cyber security testing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage test plans, test strategies, and test matrices for cyber security and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the full end-to-end testing life cycle, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with cyber programme managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to align testing activities.
- Identify risks, track issues, and provide clear reporting on test progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all defects are captured, tracked, and resolved in line with programme timelines.
- Drive consistency and structure across all testing deliverables.
- Demonstrable experience in cyber security/infrastructure testing.
- Strong knowledge of cyber tooling and related environments.
- Proven ability to create test plans, test matrices, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills – able to engage and influence programme managers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Experience coordinating and managing test activities across multiple streams.
