ICP Search is proudly supporting a market‑leading live events and hospitality group in the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer. This is a defining leadership role for a commercially astute, people‑led CEO who can build on a proud legacy while leading the business into its next phase of growth, modernisation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multi‑year strategy
  • Own full P &L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management
  • Lead digital and data transformation to support better decision‑making and scalability
  • Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships
  • Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale
  • Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality

  • Modernising structures, systems, and processes
  • Driving innovation across payments, data, and technology
  • Expanding hospitality and premium event experiences
