Key Responsibilities
- Lead and unite a senior executive team around a clear, measurable multi‑year strategy
- Own full P &L responsibility and drive sustainable, profitable growth
- Strengthen operational consistency, governance, and performance management
- Lead digital and data transformation to support better decision‑making and scalability
- Build and deepen Tier 1 client, venue, and brand partnerships
- Champion safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experience at scale
- Act as an external ambassador for the business across sport, events, and hospitality
Transformation & Growth Focus
- Modernising structures, systems, and processes
- Driving innovation across payments, data, and technology
- Expanding hospitality and premium event experiences
- Supporting procurement strategy and selective M&A activity
- Embedding continuous improvement across the organisation

You are likely to bring
- CEO or senior executive experience in a complex, multi‑site, multi‑division business
- Strong commercial and financial leadership, with deep P &L ownership
- A track xwzovoh record of leading transformation and growth
- Experience operating at board level with credibility and gravitas
- Exposure to live events, hospitality, sport, logistics, or adjacent sectors
- A leadership style that combines clarity, energy, and humility
