The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from local entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses across Northern Ireland to national and international organisations. The Role You will work as part of a well-established corporate team advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including: Mergers & acquisitions Corporate finance and investment transactions Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements Commercial contracts Corporate governance and restructuring matters The team works closely with businesses throughout Northern Ireland, supporting them through key stages of growth, investment and succession, while also advising on larger cross-border and international transactions.
