DATA & ANALYTICS DIRECTOR – DIGITAL & MARKETING ANALYTICS
£65,000-£85,000 + BONUS • London, 2 days per week

The Company
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership-level role at a specialist digital analytics consultancy with a reputation built entirely on inbound referrals. They’re now gearing up for growth – with a rebrand, new outbound strategy and plans to scale. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape delivery, develop client relationships and evolve the business into its next phase.
The Role
As the consultancy’s second senior hire, you’ll take the lead across key accounts while helping define how the team operates and grows. You’ll have real influence over strategy, delivery models and how the business scales. Projects will span:
- Digital marketing analytics incl. MMM, attribution, incrementality testing
- LTV, Clustering, Propensity modelling
- Customer enrichment, clustering and personalisation
- Dashboards, reporting and ongoing insight generation
- Building new ways of working, project scoping and delivery
- Leading client relationships and contributing to outbound strategy
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in digital/marketing analytics (agency or mixed background ideal)
- Two or more of the following: SQL, Python, AA, GA4
- Confident communicator with client leadership experience
- One or more of the following: Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Strategic thinker with a delivery mindset
- Comfortable in small, fast-paced environments where initiative is key
- Able to scope and lead projects independently
Benefits
