We’re looking for a telesales professional to help grow our presence nationally in the on-trade and off-trade. You’ll work with a mix of premium customers — from hotels, restaurants and bars to farm shops, garden centres and luxury retailers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, premium drinks brand, where you’ll play a key part in expanding our reach across some of the city’s most exciting venues and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships through regular calls
- Spot opportunities to increase sales and value across accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and proactive support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls about orders, queries, and opportunities
- Plan and run initiatives to drive retention and growth
- Keep CRM records up to date and track progress
- Process orders and manage account tasks
- Report account performance and progress internally
- Work closely with the Sales Director on account planning and reviews
