Your Impact
As a Business Transformation Analyst (Business, Technology, Data & AI), you will help organisations translate complex strategic & operational challenges into practical solutions across technology, data, and AI-enabled transformation programmes.
- Working at the intersection of business, technology, and data, you’ll support the design and delivery of modern digital platforms, data ecosystems, and intelligent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into solutions that are both technically viable and commercially valuable.
- You’ll also contribute to the growth of Valcon’s UK practice by supporting high-quality delivery, helping identify and shape propositions, and promoting best practices across consulting, data, and technology teams.
