Is actively seeking a Senior PM and an Associate Director in Project Management, to lead both CAT A/B fit outs, cut and carves from RIBA 0-7. Ideally you will have worked in a wider team and or led on either resi or commercial dev or mixed-use urban development from the ground up. Projects will range from £20-150m in scale. Vibrant and sociable, agile and creative in their approach to projects and staff. Uber flexible when it comes to hybrid working.
You
It goes without saying that you are likely to have a Construction management degree or something technical, you understand all the technical stages of a project and are a great ‘peoples person’. You know how to get the job done, what can go wrong and how to fix it, and you know how to get the best from your team, ensuring delivery of the client’s goals on time and to budget.
You like to get stuff done, so working for an SME works best for you as you can’t stand red tape and bureaucracy. You want to be treated as an adult, manage your own diary and you really value the days you get to work from home, but you also enjoy a bit of office banter….oh and a drink or two on a roof terrace.
