Employment Lawyer 1-4 PQE – London
A leading international law firm is seeking a 1–4 PQE Employment Associate to join its London team.
This role offers a broad mix of contentious and transactional employment work, with the opportunity to develop expertise in incentives and share plans. You will advise on High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation, complex investigations and regulatory matters, as well as employment and incentives issues arising from M&A, restructurings and senior hires and exits, including executive remuneration, malus and clawback and cross-border share arrangements.
The team is highly regarded, collaborative and closely integrated with corporate and regulatory practices, providing exposure to high-quality, strategically important matters and early responsibility.
England & Wales qualification and at least 1 year’s PQE within a recognised employment practice are required. Incentives experience is advantageous but not essential.
