The Trade Automation & Execution group builds the platforms and services that power modern electronic trading at Bloomberg. We design and operate high-performance, distributed, real-time systems used by financial institutions worldwide to execute trades, automate workflows, and make data-driven decisions.
Our work spans execution management, trading automation, connectivity, and analyticsu2014supporting millions of transactions daily and integrating with thousands of market destinations. As markets evolve toward automation, scale, and intelligence, weu2019re re-architecting our systems to deliver the next generation of fast, reliable, cloud-ready trading technology.
**What Weu2019re Looking For**
We have several positions across multiple teams and weu2019re seeking both **experienced backend** and **full stack** engineers, with strong **C++** skills. Additional **TypeScript** experience is appreciated for our full stack positions. Youu2019ll have the opportunity to drive design discussions, and collaborate closely with engineering and product partners to deliver exceptional results. A proven track record of leading projects from design through implementation, testing, and release

A practical approach to balancing **performance, reliability, and developer experience**
Experience with **distributed architectures** and **high-throughput messaging**
Background in building **scalable platforms**
