An Assistant Food & Drink Manager is responsible for managing all **Food and Drink Operations** to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimising sales and ensuring department targets are met.
**What will I be doing?**
As an Assistant Food & Drink Manager, you will be required to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure targets are met. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage all Food and Drink floor operations Maintain exceptional levels of customer service Ensure compliance of brand standards Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers Ensure staffing levels cover business demands Ensure that coaching and training is carried out on an ongoing basis Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures Recruit, manage, train and develop the F&D team Assist other departments wherever necessary
