Finance Director

Goodman Masson are partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site operational business undergoing a period of significant transformation following recent investment.

With operations across multiple jurisdictions, the company is focused on modernising its finance platform, strengthening financial controls and building a scalable infrastructure to support long-term growth.

The Finance Director will play a central leadership role in stabilising and professionalising the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, strong treasury governance and successful delivery of finance systems transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group financial control, consolidation and monthly close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting, external audit and IFRS compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Establish strong balance sheet control, financial governance and group-wide accounting policies.
• Own treasury oversight including liquidity management, banking relationships and covenant compliance.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and standardisation of finance processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior finance leadership experience within a multi-entity, international or multi-site business.
• Strong technical accounting background with IFRS expertise and a robust financial control mindset.
• Experience leading finance transformation and ERP implementation programmes.
• Track record managing geographically distributed finance teams.
• Commercially minded, hands-on leader comfortable operating in a dynamic, change-driven environment.
