Microsoft Developer - Business Support
We are looking for a talented Microsoft Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365, who enjoys building innovative solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
You will play a key role in designing and developing modern business applications, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support organisational growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise applications to ensure high performance, usability, and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements for existing Power Platform solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and ongoing use of applications.
- Stay up to date with new features and developments across the Microsoft Power Platform and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑driven apps).
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 and integrating applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Azure services or Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with ALM practices for Power Platform and solution deployment.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
