Recruitment Consultant

Role Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing high-quality industrial candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

This is a 360 role, requiring a hands‑on approach from business development through to candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
• Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and our internal database
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates alike

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (industrial sector preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and ambitious approach
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment
• Knowledge of the industrial sector is a bonus
