About the role
We’re looking for a Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You’ll keep our machinery working day and night in a role that’s every bit as important to our organisation.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Problem‑solve, troubleshoot, and drive improvement in live environments while working with machine tools, conveyors, DC tooling, and complex Gantry/CNC systems focusing on SQDC to meet production demands with a clear safety mindset.
- Fix highly specialised machinery essential to our team and to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure maintenance is carried out in accordance with PUWER and continuous improvement targets are met.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a live maintenance environment.
- Completed an Electrical or Multi‑skilled Engineering Apprenticeship and qualified at HNC level in your chosen discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of fundamentals such as reactive and proactive maintenance and work schedules; training will cover specifics of our machinery.
- Experience in a fast‑paced production environment with a clear understanding of autonomous maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of CMMS desirable but not essential.
