Experience

• Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity.
• An empowering and inspirational people management style and the ability to get the best out of people.
• Action oriented with clear decision making capability.
• Genuine passion for food and manufacturing.
