- You will be responsible for operational matters on shift.

- Focus on continuous improvement projects.
Experience
- Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity.
- An empowering and inspirational people management style and the ability to get the best out of people.
- Action oriented with clear decision making capability.
- Genuine passion for food and manufacturing.
