Engineering and Procurement Administration

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established engineering manufacturer, who are looking for an Administrative professional to support Supply Chain and Production teams.

This role will focus on ensuring the accurate flow of material information, documentation, and stock data across the business. You will play a key part in maintaining reliable ERP records, supporting stock control activities, and ensuring all required documentation is received and organised to allow materials to be released to production efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ERP experience who is looking to develop their career within a manufacturing supply chain environment.

  • Maintaining accurate material and stock records within the SAGE system, including stock movements and adjustments
  • Supporting stock control activities including cycle counts and stock checks to ensure system accuracy
  • Ensuring all required documentation, including material test certificates, is received and correctly recorded
  • Preparing material certificate packs to support the timely release of materials to production
  • Supporting purchase orders, deliveries, goods received documentation, and general supply chain administration

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience using an ERP system (SAGE preferred)
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environment would be advantageous

Salary: up to £32,000
