Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 | Hybrid after probation (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Are you a commercially focused, proactive sales professional looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic, family-run business in Newark. This is an exciting replacement role with real progression potential into Key Account Management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and follow up warm leads using CRM and ERS systems.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions across a wide range of products, including labels, printers, handheld devices, and technical solutions.

  • Spot opportunities to upsell and provide the best margin solutions.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience and manage your own calendar.

  • Be proactive and driven – this role rewards initiative with uncapped commission.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Sales backgrounds with strong commercial focus – personality and drive are key.

  • Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to get hands-on in training.

  • Based near Newark, Lincoln, Mansfield, or surrounding areas.
