Roles & Responsibilities
- ✔️ Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- ✔️ Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- ✔️ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- ✔️ Support onboarding and induction processes.
- ✔️ Help manage employee records and HR documentation.
- ✔️ Participate in HR policy implementation and compliance checks.
- ✔️ Assist in planning training and development sessions.
- ✔️ Support employee engagement activities and events.
- ✔️ Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
- ✔️ Help prepare HR reports and metrics dashboards.
- ✔️ Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems.
- ✔️ Learn about employment laws and regulations in the UK.
- ✔️ Shadow HR professionals in employee relations tasks.
- ✔️ Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.
- ✔️ Assist with internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
- ✔️ Contribute ideas for talent acquisition strategies.
