Our client has an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Wiltshire market and their Residential Property team is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents and returning clients, so the team are looking for a driven and ambitious qualified conveyancer to join them.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, but to let, newbuilds and transfers of equity.
