We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the continued growth and delivery of our partnerships, consultancy and training services.The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, administration, and delivery of consultancy projects, training programmes and partnerships. Working closely with consultants, trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standards.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing multiple projects with precision and professionalism.
Key responsibilities will include end-to-end project administration, liaising with clients to confirm requirements and book meetings, maintaining project trackers, timelines and reporting systems, organising travel, monitoring project budgets and raising invoice requests, and supporting across all aspects of departmental activity.We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a project coordination/support role, who is confident working with budgets, spreadsheets, and tracking financial information. You must hold a degree or equivalent vocational qualification and a Project Management qualification such as APM or Prince2 or be willing to undertake such a qualification.
You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A flexible approach to work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.
