Key Responsibilities
- Process and track orders from receipt to delivery (order creation on the system, invoicing, issuing despatch notes)
- Prepare and check customs and export documentation (invoices, HS codes, Incoterms, VAT / duties, Export Health Certification)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and 3PLs
- Resolve delivery, customs, and service issues efficiently
- Manage customer enquiries across business accounts
- Establish a strong customer relationship whilst providing frequent updates on sales orders and stock status
Requirements
- Experience in B2B and D2C customer service
- Hands on import / export and customs procedures experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using CRM / ERP systems, delivery booking platforms and Excel
- International customs or post-Brexit trade experience
- Understanding of the pet food industry
- Knowledge of managing supermarket accounts
