TaylorMade Golf based in Basingstoke are looking for a Senior Functional Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping, prioritising, and delivering strategic technology initiatives across our EMEA region.
This is a primarily functional role, sitting at the heart of the business and acting as the key bridge between EMEA stakeholders and IT teams based locally and on the US West Coast. You will lead business analysis, process definition, and business readiness, while bringing strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively on enterprise solutions.
A brief overview of what you will be responsible for:
- Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of business‑led technology initiatives, shaping, prioritising, and governing a transparent portfolio aligned to EMEA strategy and capacity.
- Developing clear project charters and business cases, partnering with Finance to validate ROI and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
- Leading business analysis and process design, translating business needs into structured functional requirements and future‑state processes.
- Acting as the primary bridge between EMEA stakeholders and IT, building trusted relationships and communicating effectively at management and technical levels.
- Partnering with IT on Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion solutions, driving process optimisation, supporting change readiness, and ensuring successful adoption and benefits realisation.
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role in a complex corporate environment
- Proven experience shaping and translating business needs into clear, structured functional requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders in a global, matrixed organisation
- Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise application transformations
- Functional experience with Oracle EBS and or Oracle Fusion preferable
- Project or business analysis certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or PMI‑PBA and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies desirable
Working pattern
This role operates in a global environment and requires collaboration across time zones and with US West Coast teams. Flexibility to work contracted hours within a window of 9:30am and 6:30pm is therefore required.
