Bereavement Services Administrator

£14,048 – £15,211 (pro rata)

Part time – 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 12.30pm – 4.30pm)

About The Role

As a Bereavement Services Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and sensitive handling of bereavement arrangements in burials, cremations and memorials. This is a position that requires empathy, discretion and the ability to handle documentation and information with confidentiality and care.

The role also involves dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone, providing front-facing service to our customers. This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week Monday to Friday 12.30pm-4.30pm. Please note this role is fully site-based.

About You

You will have previous administrative experience with excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should be comfortable dealing with the bereaved in often stressful circumstances, with a high level of customer focus and the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people.
