LEGAL EXECUTIVE – TEMPORARY – 3 MONTHS – UP TO £210/DAY

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client in their search for a temporary Legal Executive, offering hybrid working and up to £210/day!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day legal, corporate governance, and compliance activities of the business. You’ll play a key part in keeping our legal and corporate processes running smoothly and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is comfortable working with stakeholders across the business. You’ll bring experience in corporate legal or company secretarial work, ideally gained within an in-house legal team or professional services environment. As part of a collaborative legal team, you’ll also support wider business priorities as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Group’s corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and manage statutory filings, resolutions, and corporate records.
  • Maintain entity registers, minute books, and organisational charts.
  • Assist with company incorporations, restructures, and entity closures.
  • Liaise with external corporate service providers, registrars, and local advisors.
  • Support ongoing compliance requirements, including annual filings and director/officer updates.
  • Help maintain internal policies and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with audit and due diligence requests.
  • Track legal and regulatory deadlines to ensure filings and actions are completed on time.
  • Work closely with teams across Finance, Procurement, Product, and Operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine legal and corporate governance queries.
  • Escalate more complex matters to senior members of the legal team when required.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a corporate legal, company secretarial, or governance-focused role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates sound commercial judgement and understands business priorities.
  • Confident communicator who can explain legal matters clearly and practically.
  • Strong written communication skills, able to draft clear correspondence and guidance.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a growing and evolving business.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.
