• Experience: 15 to 18 years in Infra and security service sales, and at least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe. The person should have 15 to 20 years of solid sales experience, of which at least 10 years should be in the UK and Europe.
• Track record of consistently achieving Infra and security revenue goals and acquiring new logos.
• Ability to influence and position services offerings in alignment with market requirements.
• Experience with the entire sales cycle, including building and executing GTM strategies.
• Collaborative working with different functions to ensure goals are met.
• Building and inspiring a high-performing team that consistently achieves targets.
• Ability to win the confidence of customer executive leadership to build long-term relationships.
