Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing (Full-Time, Part-Time & Contract)

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a large international group with multiple warehouses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced warehouse operation with flexible working options.

Available Roles:

  • Picking and packing items for dispatch

  • Stock replenishment and order preparation

  • Loading and unloading goods as required

  • General warehouse duties, maintaining a safe and organized workspace

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders accurately and packing items securely for dispatch

  • Using handheld scanners and warehouse technology to track stock and manage orders

  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries

  • Working as part of a team to meet daily warehouse targets

  • Being on your feet for the duration of your shift

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK

  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties

  • Comfortable using handheld scanners or other warehouse technology

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required
