A global food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire are on the hunt for a new Quality Manager to join a highly successful Technical team. This is a new role in the business and a real chance for you to make a difference!

They supply the highest quality products into some of the biggest retailers in the country. If you can maintain top standards and manage a Quality team, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the QA team to maintain strong performance
• Support the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the site Quality Management System
• Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality standards
• Provide day-to-day QA support on the factory floor
• Support the HACCP team
• Assist with internal audits, including GMP, hygiene, and traceability
• Support the preparation and delivery of BRC and customer audits
• Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations to prevent recurrence
• Oversee product holds, releases, rework processes, and related documentation
• Support the investigation of customer complaints and help implement corrective actions
• Promote a strong food safety and quality culture across the site

What they are looking for:

• Quality Manager experience in a Food Industry/FMCG environment
• Clear evidence of developing Quality teams
• Previous experience working with retailer
• Ability to work with other departments to achieve a common goal
