Your role as an Office Administrator
- General office administration duties
- Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
- Booking jobs and liaising with engineers and customers
- Data entry and updating internal records
- Managing emails, filing, and document organisation
The Ideal Office Administrator would have
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using computers and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
