The RoleWe are currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and contributing to sales growth.You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them both over the phone and face to face, while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience within a similar industry is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
- Quoting, processing, and picking customer orders
- Managing customer returns and resolving queries efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Proactively identifying and developing new customer accounts
- Trade counter sales and face-to-face customer interaction
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone sales
- Working closely with the wider team to meet sales and service targets
About You:
- Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Comfortable working as part of a team, while also being self-motivated when working independently
- Computer literate, with the ability to process orders and manage customer data accurately
- Sales-focused with a strong customer service mindset
