  • Process supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and goods received.
  • nt

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support weekly payment runs and maintain accurate AP documentation.

Accounts Receivable

  • Assist with customer invoicing across equipment, services, and spare parts.
  • nt

  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate AR records.
  • nt

  • Support credit control activities and follow up on overdue balances when required.
  • n

General Accounting Support

  • Assist with month‑end close tasks including journals, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • nt

  • Maintain organised financial records-both digital and paper-based.
  • nt

  • Support internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • n

Costing & Inventory

    nt

  • Enter data related to material receipts, job costing, and work orders.
  • nt

  • Assist with inventory reconciliations and participate in cycle count activities.
  • n

Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support

    nt

  • Provide general support to the Accounting Manager and wider finance team.
  • nt

  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
  • nt

  • Liaise with internal departments-such as Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain-to resolve documentation or financial issues.
