About the Role
Skillfinder International is seeking a highly experienced Performance Principal Consultant with strong SimCorp expertise to support a strategic client engagement.
This is a senior-level advisory role requiring deep experience in SimCorp Dimension performance optimisation, architecture review, and solution design. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, assessing current performance challenges and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions across complex investment management environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance diagnostics and optimisation initiatives within SimCorp Dimension environments
Review system architecture, batch performance, data flows, and integration layers
Identify bottlenecks and provide strategic remediation plans
Optimise system configuration, processing efficiency, and database performance
Advise senior stakeholders on best practices and long-term performance strategy
Provide executive-level reporting and technical documentation
Collaborate with internal IT, infrastructure, and business teams
Required Experience & Skills
Extensive experience working with SimCorp Dimension
Proven background in performance tuning and optimisation of SimCorp environments
Strong understanding of:
Batch processing & job scheduling
Database performance (SQL Server / Oracle environments)
Integration performance and data interfaces
Infrastructure considerations impacting SimCorp performance
Experience operating at Principal / Lead Consultant level
Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
Ability to work independently in a remote, delivery-focused environment
