Assist with property-related aspects of financing transactions, working alongside banking and finance teams. Handle cross-border mandates in collaboration with colleagues in international offices. Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation such as leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts. Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all property-related matters.
