Quantity Surveyor / QS / NEC / NEC3 / NEC4 / JCT / Commercial / Cost Planning / Contract Negotiation / Risk Management / Permanent role / Norfolk / Bacton / Norwich – £60,000 – 70,000 + bonus + benefits.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.

Location – Norfolk area – hybrid set up, approx. 4 days per week in Bacton

Salary £60,000 – 70,000 + bonus + benefits

Experience:

• Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (or similar – such as Commercial Analyst / Lead / Consultant)
• Flexible on sector experience – Construction OR Utilities OR Engineering OR similar
• NEC or JCT contracts

Desirable:

• BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
• Experience line managing or mentoring Quantity Surveyors
• CICES or RICS chartered status
