Senior Demand Generation Manager (SaaS) – £80-100k Permanent – Fully Remote

Our client are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to own their pipeline generation strategy and execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the Head of Product on go-to-market positioning, partner with their SDR team on outbound plays, and lead the marketing team to build scalable demand programs that drive pipeline across new business, partners and customers. Whilst you will immediately look after a current team of 3, you’ll have the remit to build the demand generation function that you think is fit for purpose.

Required Experience

5-7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years focused on demand generationProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in a scale-up environment (£5M-£20M ARR)People management experience – you’ve successfully managed and developed marketing team membersHands-on execution – you’re strategic but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and executePartnership marketing experience – you’ve built co-marketing programs that drove pipelineProduct marketing understanding – you can translate technical features into business valueData-driven mindset – you measure everything and optimize based on results

Technical Skills

Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferably) – you know how to build sophisticated nurture programsABM tools and tactics – experience with account-based marketing playsSales engagement platforms (Hubspot, Gong ideal) – understand how to support SDR workflowsAnalytics and attribution – comfortable with Google Analytics, attribution models, pipeline reporting to fully manage this vital resourceCRM capability (Hubspot preferred) – understand lead lifecycle and sales processesContent strategy – can develop messaging frameworks with PMM support and brief content creators

Particularly interested to hear from people with experience in CCaaS, CX or a channel first SaaS business with experience of scaling demand in US markets from a UK base.
