The Company

Established £100m turnover main contractor, looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager.

They are a privately owned business and have achieved impressive growth, year on year, for the past 5 years and are financially robust.

They undertake projects with contract values from £10m to £50m spanning various sectors including super prime residential, commercial, mixed use, and hotels.

The principle business is a construction main contractor, but they also have subsidiary businesses and an investment arm.

The Opportunity

  • Great opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to manage a flagship project.
  • You will be working on site on a Super Prime Residential fit out project in Mayfair (£40m).
  • The Health & Safety Manager will report to the Contracts Director.
  • You will be working in a collaborative environment alongside the project management team.

The Candidate

  • Candidates MUST have experience as Health & Safety Manager on similar scale projects.
  • NEBOSH is required.
  • Experience of high end projects is preferred.
