People Partner

Remote role with travel as required (Midlands)

Our client is seeking an experienced People Partner to support managers and employees across the business. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR project delivery. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting positive people management practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR generalist advice and employment law guidance
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end
  • Support and coach managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activity
  • Contribute to strategic people initiatives and HR projects
  • Champion culture and drive improvements in people management practices
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders to support business needs
  • Support continuous improvement and sharing of best practice

About You

  • Strong HR generalist background with experience supporting operational managers
  • Proven experience in employee relations and project delivery
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Confident advising on employment law and best practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage a demanding workload and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Committed to continuous professional development
  • A background in Automotive desirable
  • Understanding of the education sector
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience required.
