People Partner
Remote role with travel as required (Midlands)
Our client is seeking an experienced People Partner to support managers and employees across the business. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR project delivery. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting positive people management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR generalist advice and employment law guidance
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end
- Support and coach managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activity
- Contribute to strategic people initiatives and HR projects
- Champion culture and drive improvements in people management practices
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders to support business needs
- Support continuous improvement and sharing of best practice
About You
- Strong HR generalist background with experience supporting operational managers
- Proven experience in employee relations and project delivery
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Confident advising on employment law and best practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage a demanding workload and work to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Committed to continuous professional development
- A background in Automotive desirable
- Understanding of the education sector
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience required.
